At Nuwear, we craft each piece with care and precision. Due to the nature of our jewelry and hygiene considerations, returns and exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order in compliance with Kuwaiti law.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange only if:
* The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
* The wrong item was delivered
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a request, please email info@nuwearjewelry.com within 24 hours of delivery with:
* Your order number
* Clear photos of the item and the issue
* A brief description of the problem
Our team will guide you through the process. Nuwear may request that the item be returned to us for inspection before issuing a repair, replacement, or exchange.
What We Cannot Accept
* Returns or exchanges requested after 24 hours
* Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by improper care
* Custom or bespoke orders, unless there is a manufacturing defect
Shipping and Handling
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Nuwear will cover return shipping in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
